Requirements

Hardware

• GPS device with Serial Emulation and NMEA support.  Most popular USB "mouse" or Bluetooth GPS's fall into this category.  Alternatively a GPS logging device can be used provided it logs in NMEA format (See documentation).
• Compatible OBDII interface (if merging OBDII data)
• Laptop Computer (Pentium III or better recommended)

Software

• Microsoft .NET 3.0 Framework (Free Download)
• Compatible OBDII software (if merging OBDII data) 
• Google Earth (Free Download)
